The Project

The Greek CubeSats In-Orbit Validation Project is part of the Greek National Small Satellite Programme and is managed by the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Greek Connectivity Recovery and Resilience (RRF) Project Team within ESA’s Connectivity and Secure Communications directorate.

Executed under the Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance with support from the General Secretariat of Telecommunications and Post and supervised by the Hellenic Space Center, the programme comprises 7 missions formed by 11 CubeSats spanning 3U to 8U, launched between June 2025 and February 2026.

It delivers in-orbit validation of new payloads and services while building national industrial, academic, and operational capability. The project is funded through Greece 2.0 under the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility (NextGenerationEU).
